Fred Ramos, Architect, LEED AP BD+C

     In 1986, Fred started work in the construction industry as an apprentice, digging trench for a four (4) story hill side residence while still in high school.  After completion of high school, Fred worked as a carpenter building custom homes and attended university studying engineering.  Obtain a contractor license, Fred started a Ramos Company (formerly known as Fred Ramos Jr Construction).  Ramos Company assisted rebuilding several communities after the Northridge Earthquake commercial and residential. With an engineering background, Fred expanded his career in architecture.  Managing the design and construction of individual projects, and shares responsibility for architectural and construction practice with several companies.  During the past years and presently, Fred prepares architectural design and construction documents, coordinates this work of design and engineering consultants, manages construction phase efforts and supervision construction for a variety projects in California.
